The terms that govern use of Saytu, an AI shopping-assistant character widget for Shopify and web stores.
Saytu is operated by Bot and Life Co., Ltd. (company registration 0105547132674), 100 J.Press Tower A, Floor 12, Nanglinchee Rd., Chong Nonsee, Yannawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@botnlife.co.
Saytu provides an animated character (Live2D-based) that merchants embed on their storefront. The character answers shopper questions using the merchant's connected product catalog, store policies, and knowledge base, and can look up order status when order lookup is enabled for that store.
You may not use Saytu to do any of the following:
Character replies are generated by AI from your catalog, policies, and knowledge base. Answers can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially where source material is missing or outdated. You remain responsible for your store's policies and for any claims made to your customers; review AI answers for anything price-, safety-, or legally sensitive.
You keep ownership of the catalog data, store policies, custom Live2D models, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Saytu a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your store.
Starter, Pro, and Studio are flat monthly subscriptions, each with a monthly conversation quota (Starter 500, Pro 5,000, Studio 50,000). Usage beyond your quota is billed as prepaid conversation credit packs. Billing is monthly only. Shopify installs are billed through Shopify's Managed Pricing; web installs are billed through Stripe.
You can cancel from billing at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Uninstalling the Shopify app also stops Shopify-side billing. Data deletion after cancellation or uninstall follows the Privacy Policy.
Saytu is provided on an as-is basis without warranties beyond what's required by applicable law. This section, including any liability limits, is still under legal review and subject to change before launch.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continued use of Saytu after a change means you accept the updated terms.
