Saytu puts a character on your store that answers shoppers from your own catalog, pages and policies, and tells them honestly when it doesn't know. These docs walk through it one task at a time.
Pick your starting point
- Your store runs on Shopify. Install the app from the Shopify App Store, then follow the setup wizard. Install on Shopify
- Your store runs on another website. WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Google Tag Manager or plain HTML: paste one line of code. Install on your website
- Saytu is already live. Something isn't working the way you expect. Troubleshooting

Order status needs Shopify because Saytu reads it straight from your orders, and only after the shopper's email matches the order.
